Ram Conversions Finished

So I finished these earlier this year but apparently I'm not the greatest at keeping up blogging, shall try this again with the new year on the way.

First step after making the initial hulls was to add some green stuff to make the correct shape, as such

I say green stuff, I actually used yellow/grey milliput its cheaper and I find it easier to work with. Milliput smooths well with water whilst it is still in its pilliable state, has a good ammount of working time and cures off really well in about 3hrs or so, its my goto hobby putty.

Once the milliput was cured it was time to sand it back smooth and then head to the paint shop.

Here are the finished Rams, the 50cals were added from the bitz box and the camp netting was made from some medical gauze soaked in indian ink. Finally the crew member was a spare from the PSC Lloyd carriers that come with the 6pdrs.

The rules for transports have now been adjusted by the latest round of LFTF for version 4 and now have to stay within 6" of their parent unit, however the rams still should give some added firepower to their infantry unit.

Are my conversions perfect??? Nope they sure ain't but they'll do for me and are a unit made from spare hulls I had laying around.
